This townhome is located in Lake Village, Stateline.  It is approximately 1.5 miles from the Heavenly village gondola and the South Lake Tahoe casinos.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a queen-sized bed and TV with remote.  The second bedroom has two single beds.  The livingroom is equiped with a futon bed.  

This affordable unit is perfect for several couples or a family with children. 
This unit is also equiped with an easy to use gas fireplace, Bar-b-que on the back deck and a 2 vehicle garage, a nice bonus during winter. 

All guest are welcome to use the Lake Village amenities, these include swimming pool, large hot tub, and tennis courts (dependant on season).  The clubhouse also has ping pong and a pool table. 
The clubhouse hours of operation is 10:00am to 10:00pm. 
Make sure to register your vehicle and get a parking pass at the clubhouse when you arrive.  This townhome is fully furnished, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleep 6.
